INTEGRATE & TRANSFORM

Highly resilient with triple entry points into Microsoft Azure – Daisy’s Direct2 for Microsoft Teams will seamlessly connect your existing on-site or cloud telephony platform into Microsoft Teams. This allows you to leverage your existing investment, utilising existing SIP/PSTN trunks, keep all existing numbers, routing, and call centre functionality in place. Keep OpEx to a minimum and transform the way you use voice.
This feature allows you to make external calls from Microsoft Teams over a SIP trunk connected to a service provider, or via infrastructure within your own environment or public cloud.
Direct routing works via providing you with the ability to connect your own SIP trunk into Microsoft Teams. Your SIP trunk will need to be routed via a Microsoft certified SBC (Session Border Controller). The SBC will either be hosted by a Direct Routing service provider, or deployed within your own choice of supported environment. As well as providing PSTN connectivity, the SBC can also be connected to an existing PBX to provide calling to/from Microsoft Teams.
