Daisy University

Together, our Learning & Development (L&D) and HR teams have created the Daisy University which provides academies focussing on areas including Service, Management and Leadership, Sales and Technical Services, as well as an array of career-based courses, internal programmes and an apprenticeship programme.
Courses and training sessions are open to all employees and are available at varying levels – from basic skills enhancement to full academic and professional qualifications.
Daisy University works with many partners to offer accredited training such as, ILM, CIPD, AAT, ACCA, CMI to name but a few. We are working with several universities around the UK to ensure we can deliver all levels of qualifications – from Level 2 all the way to Level 7 post graduate degrees.
““We very much believe in developing talent and are very proud of our Daisy University, which is packed full of developing opportunities for our employees.
The apprenticeship standards are a large part of the university and a great way of gaining world-recognised qualifications, no matter what area of the business our employees work in.
Using these standards as part of our internal development platform not only keeps the business ahead of the game, but develops highly-skilled and talented employees – which ultimately benefits our customers. We are very proud to be working with many different universities as it enables us to offer a broad and diverse array of qualifications.
Our ability to learn, harness our potential and translate that into value for our customer is at the heart of our business.”

Our People

Our Charities

Million Makers is a Dragons’ Den style fundraising challenge which sees teams of employees from companies across the UK, competing to raise at least £10,000 over a period of six months.
This year, the Daisy Corporate Services is represented by a team of eight, nominated by the Board of Directors in recognition of hard work, talent and potential.
As well as the opportunity to compete on a national scale to raise as much money as possible to help change young people’s lives, the programme enables the team to develop skills in areas such as strategic thinking, decision making, project management and business acumen as they develop and execute their business plan to help raise the funds – as well as feed invaluable skills back into the business.
